KIWANIS CHILI COOK OFF
The 32nd annual Kiwanis Chili Cook Off originally scheduled for Saturday October 8th at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn has been rescheduled. The event is now scheduled for January 21, 2017 at the Shelter Cove Community Park.
Ticket Sales - $15 in advance, $20 at the door
The format remains pretty much the same as in previous years - BUT the times have changed slightly. Hours of the event will now be 11:30 am to 3:30 pm
Entrants will need to provide their own heat source as none will be provided. Care must be taken to ensure food stays hot. Also, entrants will not provide any items for sale or distribution to the public.
Entrants should also be aware that the County and State Health departments require each booth to have a hand washing station, and a fire extinguisher if open flame is used to heat food..
